Louisiana is famous for its hot peppers (Tobasco “McIlhenny Co.”), also rice, sugar cane, sulphur, cattle, cotton, etc. But the most intense products from Louisiana is it’s seafood industry. Shrimp, oysters, crab, etc. Louisiana is a very diverse state as far as production. And let’s not forget it’s oil industry..including off shore rigs and oil refinery.
