women raised the children and gathered.... agriculture allowed them a stabled, rooted environment....

Edit... all of this is conjecture.. there was no one to write it down...
However, in the last stoneage cultures that were observed and documented.. this was the pattern.. try googleing stone-age culture...</description>

		<description>They went for water most of the time near any rivers learned of many different animals that existed and what they ate to survive and things that grew and they went from there  after all when their husbands were out hunting during sparse times they still had to figure a way to feed the family.
Even if it meant boiling roots and finding potatoes and the like.
They watched the animals survive and they copied the ways of nature.</description>
